7 Mistakes That Get E-Bike Applications Rejected

10 June 2026 4 min read

Most e-bike scheme applications fail for small, avoidable reasons. Learn the seven most common mistakes so your form is accepted the first time.

Every phase, thousands of applications are rejected — not because the person was not eligible, but because of small mistakes in the form. Here are the most common ones and how to avoid them.

The mistakes to avoid

Slow down and double-check each of these before you submit.

  • Uploading blurry or cut-off photos of your CNIC or licence.
  • Using a SIM registered on someone else’s CNIC — you will miss the OTP.
  • Entering a name or CNIC number that does not match your documents.
  • Applying with a car licence instead of a motorcycle licence or learner’s permit.
  • Leaving required fields empty or choosing the wrong city.
  • Trusting a fake website or paying cash to an "agent".
  • Waiting until the last day, when the portal is slow and quotas are full.

A simple checklist

Prepare your documents a day before, apply from a stable internet connection, read each field twice, and save your tracking number. Following our required-documents checklist removes almost every reason for rejection.
